How are your products customized?
During checkout, you can add text, a logo, or a design to any leather item (wallets, card holders, belts, etc.).
Customization options include font style, text color, placement, and size.
A live preview shows your design before you complete your order.
What types of leather do you use?
Premium full-grain cowhide leather, known for durability and rich patina over time.
Available in a variety of finishes: smooth, vintage, and textured.
All hides are ethically sourced and hand-selected for quality.
How do I place an order?
Select your desired leather product on its product page.
Enter your customization details (text, logo, color, etc.) and review the live preview.
Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout.
Pay securely via credit card or PayPal.
What is the turnaround time for customization and production?
Standard production: 3–5 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, allow an extra 1–2 business days.
What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?
We ship only within the United States.
Once your order is complete, we dispatch via USPS or UPS.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $75.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us at support@tk.gifts within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
How do I care for and clean my leather products?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
Condition periodically with a leather conditioner that matches your leather’s finish.
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Do you handle bulk or corporate orders?
